O runner WSL não tem Node.js instalado, necessário para actions/checkout.
Voltando para git clone manual que funciona em qualquer ambiente.

**Changes:**
- Todos os 8 jobs agora usam git clone direto
- Remove dependência de Node.js no runner
- Mantém execução serial e label wsl
